how i can plot a raw data into time series

respected sir, how can i plot a raw data file with respect height vs time i want to show first rangebin and with respect to time and i want to plot i in one colourand q channel with different color i used one program but is not working well clear all; close all; clc; %%% file read clear all; close all; clc;
