How to differentiate between two centroid by using region props?

Greetings,

As the title said, I have problems differentiating the bounding box.

The image above is the current result I have for my program. However, what I really need help in is that, is there a way to identify these 2 bounding box? I am planning to do something like "If bounding box 1's X axis and bounding box 2's X axis is equal, then fprintf 'Orientation : OK'." Any help is much appreciated. I am using regionprops to find the bounding and centroid. Thank you very much.
