I am running latest version of Matlab, 2014a. I started getting Error Starting Desktop message right after updated to latest Java update provided by Apple.
Please any thought how I can resolve the issue. I already tried some of suggestions that were posted earlier.

If no one answers here, you can get free telephone help on Monday from the Mathworks since it's an installation issue. http://matlab.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ#After_installation.2C_MATLAB_crashes_or_gives_an_error_message_when_I_try_to_run_MATLAB.
