Can I save all the command history of a running script?

Hi everybody, I'm running on my MATLAB a huge simulation and I would like to export the command history generated by my script (which is stil running and must not be stopped), indeed I'm not able to see all the outputs that have been generated due to the limit of lines of command history. Is there a way to save all the past outputs without stopping the process?

You should have modified the code to let it write to a file (possibly in addition to printing to the command window).
