Undefined function or variable 'windrose' when trying to create a windrose

Hi, I m having trouble with creating a windrose. I have used this same template several times before but now it does not work.

Here is the code used:

Data1=load('Shippagan_wind.txt')

dir=Data1(:,1)

spd=Data1(:,2)

spdlim = 20

speed = spd(spd > spdlim);

direction = dir(spd > spdlim);

Options.AngleNorth = 0;

Options.AngleEast = 90;

Options.Labels = {'N (0°)', 'E (90°)', 'S (180°)', 'W (270°)'};

Options.FreqLabelAngle = 45;

[figure_handle, count, speeds, directions, Table] = windrose(dir, spd, Options);

This is the error that shows up:

Undefined function or variable 'windrose'.

Error in loaddata (line 14)

[figure_handle, count, speeds, directions, Table] = windrose(dir, spd, Options);

Not sure why it is given me this error, any help would be appreciated.
