How to use cascade classifier to recognize different objects like AK-47 gun and mauser gun in still images and videos?

Hello. My project is to detect a gun in any image/video. Since there are many different types of guns, but I want to detect 2 specific types i.e. AK-47 and mouser. how to use cascade classifier to recognize both the guns? Currently I have trained the cascade classifier for a single gun type. Do I have to make separate classifiers for both the gun types? Is there any other classifier suitable for this problem? Please help me. I just need guidance so that I can complete my project. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks.
