Labeling objects in different color regions

Following is what I'm looking for:

1. Detect the rectangles in the image in green and red regions

2. Label them "Green Rectangle" and "Red Rectangle", respectively

3. Display coordination (position) of each one of the rectangles on the original image

Would you please help me in this case?
