How to calculate barycenter in High density EMG

I would like to calculate the barycenter of a matrix consisting of 64 emg channels.

Hello,
First make sure you mapped your matrix accordingly to the channel mapping of the electrode. Then take a look here https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/133395-compute-centroid-of-a-matrix. That should what you need.
