license manager error -9, tried solutions

did as instructed in the answers that came up automatically when choosing "troubleshooting", I think, but still the same problem.

Using my husbands computer, my own account on that computer. And have to use an admin login to allow the installation. So the user that comes up automatically that I am urged to confirm is the admin user.

And the email I use to log in at Math Works is yet another

So is there maybe a conflict between several users?

First time when I tried to activate/install on this computer I changed from the default user to something else, maybe the email that I use to log in at Math Works. Which user should be entered there, the Math Works user or the admin of the computer or...?

I have had Matlab installed on another computer before this.
