[MATLAB] How to manually perform an ICA to remove EOG artifacts from EEG data?

I have EEG data from 9 different participants over 22 EEG channels and 3 EOG channels of dimensions [750,25,x] where 750 are the time step, 25 are the channels (EOG at the end). I need to remove the EOG artifacts from the EEG data. I read quite a few resources on the internet, and one paper suggested to do an ICA. However, I'm fairly new to neuro informatics in general and am unsure how to go about it, especially in Matlab. Any help would be appreciated! I need to do this from scratch and cannot use any toolkits like EEGLab for eg.
