PID tunning at simulink block

Hello All... I am trying to use PID controller tuning at simulink for my model. But I do not know why the signal that I want to tune it (Vo) does not appear when I press on tune sign on the PID block?

it is normal model, after press the PI icon on PI block, as I show in many vedios should the signal apear on the screen as in a second picture above but does not appear.

Did you say "plant"? If you are using the simulink сo-simulation mode, I'm afraid no customization is possible.
