License error -96,491 on Windows 8 for one student.

Multiple students have installed Matlab 2014a on Windows 8. One student is receiving an error upon launching. I have attached a copy of the error. All the other students connect just fine. We have uninstalled and re-installed with no relief. We can ping the license server from his machine just fine. We have tried changing the license server name in the network.lic to the IP address of the server with the same results. His Virus Scanner is McAfee. I have turned off his Firewall. This did not help.
