send data using GUI VIA TCPIP to other pc

i need to generate one array of zeros and ones which will be set using GUI buttons. then i need to send the whole array continuously to other PC via TCPIP/UDP to be used by other application in VAPS XT software. Can anyone plz help me out??

Note: this requires the Instrument Control Toolbox as far as I know.
Alternately, there is a File Exchange contribution named tcpudpip that could be used.
