what is projection of image?what is the mathematical form?what is eigen image and its use?

Hi all, I am doing a matlab project and I got a pdf paper,but dont know much terms,the project is Image completion,for that i want to check the input image to database image,for that i need to know much on image projection and eigen image

I do not know what you mean by "image completion", but it sounds like your project is a form of Content Based Image Retrieval (CBIR). Perhaps you are inputting a portion of the image and the routine has to locate the closest matches within the database of stored pictures?
