Subscripted assignment dimension mismatch.

Hello

this is the code of my function :

function L=test(x)
load FM.mat;
load nesrine_new.mat;
load Lmsd.mat;
load Lrst.mat;
FM1=transpose(FM(:,1));
Lnesrine=transpose(nesrine_new(:,1));
Lrst1=transpose(Lrst(:,1));
Lmsd1=transpose(Lmsd(:,1));
for i=1:54
 FT(i)=x(1).*Lnesrine(i)+x(2).*Lrst1(i)+x(3).*Lmsd1(i);
 L(i)=abs(FM(i)-FT(i));  
end

i still trying to turn a genetic algorithm. I want that the program turn 54 values of different inputs like FM, Lmsd, Lrst but it posted this error : Subscripted assignment dimension mismatch.

However when i wrote : for i=1:size(x,1), it works

please help
