How to connect simpower circuit with simscape variable resistor

I am working on simpower circuit and I want to connect this circuit with simscape variable resistor because simpower library does not have a variable resistor, so could you plz help me. Thanks in advance.

This is unfortunately too late, but Sps has a block for this now:
