Loading Symbols in Microsoft Visual C++ Express

Is there any way to filter the dlls to load while loading symbols in Microsoft Visual C++ Express? Because it takes more than 10 minutes and also it delays for every operation in the MATLAB due to loading all the dlls in the MATLAB directory
