polar plot label problem

using the command polar, MATLAB automatically shows the angles start from 0 angles at the direction of 3'o clock.

But I want to set the label as 0 degree at the 12'o clock direction and to 90degree at the 9'o clock and so on.

I need to angle 0 to 360 degree label dividing 10degrees.

So linspace(0,360,10)

Can anyone give me a hint? I tried to change, but it somehow didn't work out...
