Optical flow vectors for a 3D Image

I want calculate the optical flow vectors x & y for a time series of images. My image is a 3D matrix of intensity values, which have multiple frames of 512x512 images.
How can I calculate the optical flow vectors?

to calculate optical flow vectors, we should use:
flow = estimateFlow(opticFlow,I)
where I(the input image) is a gray scale image. So first convert your color image to gray scale image. then use the above code.
