I have no idea how to put amplitude and T in my plot.
v(t)=Acos(πt/τ)Π(t/τ)
V(f)=(Aτ/2)[sinc(fτ-0.5)+sinc(fτ+0.5)]
I need to plot V(f)

Is τ the Greek letter tau? And is t time? And what is capital T and Π? Is Π the product function or a capital pi? And what values of f do you want to use?

Perhaps this:
tau = 1;
f = linspace(-3*pi, 3*pi, 800);
A = 10;
V = (A*tau/2) .* sinc(f*tau-0.5)+sinc(f*tau+0.5);
plot(f, V, 'b-', 'Linewidth', 3);
grid on;
xlabel('t', 'FontSize', fontSize);
ylabel('v', 'FontSize', fontSize);
