How to maximize performance for NI PCIe-6341 DAQ?

On a 32bit machine you can max the constraint variable for the DAQ. I am not sure if that is one of the option on 64 bit matlab.
I want to know this because one of the command for Data Acquisition Toolbox called 'inputSingleScan' is very slow compare to its 32 bit counterpart 'getSample'. I was able to get 1.4KHz frame rate with the 32 bit but only 190Hz with the 64 bit.
Any ideas?
