Autonomous Vehicle Communication Scenario

Hello ,
I would really appreciate any help and/or advice on a current problem I am working on. I have desigend a scenario on the MATLAB driving scenario app. I wanted to link the ego vehicle (system under test) to a sensor fusion model in order to get the vehicle to react. The way I have gone about this problem is I have uploaded my scenario on the AEB simulink model shown in the link below:
Now, I want to get my ego vehicle to recieve information avout the oncomming vehicle through V2V communication allowing the vehicle to react before detecting the other vehicle. If anyone could give me advise on how to go about this problem it would be highly appreciated.
