how can i set marker(dots) in .fig files in simulink just like shown in the figure.

Hello,
You can find the Markers option at View > Style ... of the Scope block as shown below:
You can choose the marker of interest and then export to .fig by choosing File > Print to Figure in the Scope block.
In order to change the marker size, color etc, you could edit the Figure Properties of the .fig file. You could have a look at the following documentation page for more details on Marker properties.

if i need markers only at some particular time instants (say at Xticks) how can i do the settings?
