What is the equivalent of "millis()" and "micros()" in MATLAB?

I am using the MATLAB Support Package for Arduino Hardware to program an Arduino Mega. I ran the code on the Arduino IDE, and it worked perfectly. While translating to Matlab I could not find the equivalent of "millis()" and "micros()". Please help!

There is no direct equivalent to millis() and micros() in MATLAB, however you can use tic and toc as a work around.
