random and antirandom questions

hi everyone....greetings i have some questions that bother me (so annoying)please help me to understand well...

whats the difference between antirandom number and random number?

is't possible to generate antirandom number from random number by manipulating the distance between the random vectors(random matrix line)?

is there any function to create antirandom in matlab?

When I use my favorite search engine with the term "antirandom number", then it returns this post as first hit. This makes me believe that is not a shame I do not know what a "antirandom number" is.

Does anti-random mean perfectly correlated? I'm guessing that anti-random may mean perfectly predictable . Like if you have y and x and they're related by the equation y = 4 * x + 37???
