Why does Matlab standalone application waits at the starting?

I have created a Matlab standalone application using "mcc". When I run the code on Matlab, it instantly start however, when I execute the standalone application, it waits for a time at the starting. I am wondering why this happens and if there is a way to reduce the waiting time occuring at the starting of the application.

Starting the standalone application is like starting MATLAB. So when you compare the time to start the application to the time to run the code you're comparing apples and oranges. Compare clicking on the standalone application's icon to start it with clicking on the MATLAB icon, letting it launch, and typing the code you want to run.
