Storing multiple images in a folder with different file name

I am working on a barrel inspection project in which i capture images of the inside surface of a pipe. My problem is that there are countless images which need to be stored and I cannot keep on changing their file name ,whenever i need to store that image after capturing. So please tell me a way by which i can store multiple images with different file names,like running a loop which can generate indexed file name.
