How do I make a spring out of multibody

I just started learning multibody. I wanted to make one of these two mass blocks with two springs attached (as shown in the picture) and then I couldn't make the model. Please give me a hand. I'm really upset. I'm using this block "Spring and Damper Force", it always says I'm rigidly connected.
