How to use command lines to specify displayed pixel values when using imply?

How to use command lines to specify displayed pixel values when using imply? I know we can click Tools -> colormap, and then check the box, manually input the number. Is there a way we can use command lines to specify displayed pixel values because I need to run this lots of time. Using mouse is not efficient. Many thanks.
