importing several excel files as matrices

Hi, I want to import several excel files which are named MM30.XLSB; MM31.XLSB...MM130.xlsb.

How do I import these files with a script one by one as a matrix? can anyone help?

I want to later on run calculations on these files and i have been told that importing them first would be faster
