It's a C++ library with geometric primitives and rather popular among the computational geometry crowd. I've used it for my research and can safely say that this question does not belong in a Matlab forum.

I agree with the Op that the documentation is not very clear. All I can say is that you might have a hard time understanding what's happening before you become familiar with template metaprogramming.

It is a very powerful library, but if you're in a hurry, I'd look somewhere else first.
