I am using matlab on docker and I planning import into Matlab Simulink a project compiled in Visual Studio 2015. Considering that the compilers supported for docker Matlab are gcc, g++ and gfortran, is there a way to make compatible the libraries created in Visual Studio 2015 or is mandatory to make a refactoring?

The MATLAB tool to package for docker runs only in Linux; https://www.mathworks.com/help/compiler/package-matlab-standalone-applications-into-docker-images.html
Windows libraries are not compatible with Linux -- not unless you run something like Vine that does Windows emulation.
