Hallo, I would like to use the Microsoft Kinect V2 with the Matlab Image Acquisition Toolbox . Is this possible or do I have to use the Kinect V1 model?
Thanks a lot!

The Image Acquisition Toolbox does not support Microsoft Kinect V2 as of release R2014b. You will have to continue working with V1 model.
Thanks, Sandip

The Kinect v2 is now supported with release R2016a. You can get it by downloading the Kinect for Windows Sensor support package.

Hey, V2 still not supported by MatLab, and i am starting to fear that they will not do this.
However i found way to connect Kinect v2 to MatLab. I just finnished first tests, and started blog about Kinects. I hope to release first Demo soon (whole thing will take some time).
