how to import date of 50*3 in to excel sheet of multiple text files

As i have more than 100 files i need to copy data from text file to excel manually which is time taking process. can any one suggest a method or program to do the above mentioned.

i need some clarification in this program

suppose i have 25 files and 25 files with 50*3 vectors how to program a loop?? can any one rectify this??
