Moving install to new machine

Rookie question - I got a new laptop. My old laptop has Matlab 2021a and a handful of toolboxes on it. Is there a way to move that to my new laptop without getting charged another couple hundred dollars to update everything to 2022? or am i stuck holding onto that laptop just to keep my "perpetual" copy of matlab. I tried ye-olde google but i see the same question with no answers. Does anyone know?
