i need work Rotational alignment to images foot The goal is to estimate the angle between y-axis and the major axis of the best matching ellipse. Having extracted the center of mass C = (x'; y') (which is also the center of the ellipse, and letting x' = x-x' and y' = y-y', then the angle of inclination is given image ..and work nor- malization in direction and position using Euclidian- distance-

i need code in matlab to work this....thanks

So what have you tried? Why not make an effort?

so i think what john was asking for you to show us what you've done so far (with code) and we can help you out with what is not working. There are very few people on here that will do the work for you.

See my code here: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/154523-calculate-and-crop-image-based-on-coordinates#answer_151500. It finds the major axis and then rotates it level.

I don't understand the difference. Why can't my code work or work with a simple adaptation? Anyway I can't help since I need to leave town in about 12 hours for a funeral. It's just trivial math - I'm sure you can do it.
