Can't find "Target Preferences Block" in Matlab 2014b

I am using Matlab 2014b and I can't find "Target Preferences Block" in Simulink.
I also couldn't reach Target Hardware Resources tab of Code Generation > Coder Target.
Can you help me to find the block?

I have the same problem and cannot figure it out.

there's no module of target preferences ,but you have install the TI C2000 module .Use the TI module example and change hardware resource .

I didint see examples and ı have the same problem
