Problem with starting MatLab engine from LabWindows CVI 2013 on Winwows 7 machine

When I run my LabWindoes CVI project I got an error message: "The program can't start because libeng.dll is missing....Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I din't have such a problem with the previous version of MatLab (2010b). Is the libeng.dll corrupt in the new verson? Should I reinstall it (I mean, MatLab)?
