In Matlab 2013a how do I inpuT time into a GUI?

How do I enter HH:MM:SS.SSS in 2013a? How can I manipulate those times and display in a test box?

Scott - how are you expecting the user to enter the time information: in a separate GUI that has individual widgets/controls for the hours, minutes, seconds, etc., or are you hoping to use a single edit box with a format string as above (which I don't think is possible)?
