Licensing error: -96,7. System Error: 2

I am trying to use MATLAB R2013b in my HPC Cluster. The actual license manager is running in one separate Windows machine with Static Class-C IP. The master node has dual Ethernet, one with Class-C & other Class-A. All other compute or slave nodes are having Class-A IP. The master or the head node is able to open the matlab application, after I gave the License number and attached the network.lic file; the lic file points to my Windows box. But obviously my slaves are not able to ping the application. Is there any way-out or routing? Will importing the license.dat file for the compute help me? Or do I change all my IP address of computes to Class-C(that makes life difficult)? Or do I install the Matlab software & flexlm in the master node?
