Instrumental toolbox driver tcpip network analyzer issue

I'm using Instr. control toolbox ver. 3.5. I would like to connect and control Network Analyzer N5224A and RF switcher L4491A thru tcpip. I have created custom driver for network analyzer using instrumental driver editor, imported driver: driver_ivi_matlab_AgilentNA_1_1_12_0_x64 It has been created successfully, but when I'm trying to create device using this driver I cannot select any resource related. Please help.

Regarding RF switcher, I cannot import driver within driver editor - it shows me: Driver load error. An error occurred while loading the IVI driver. Please advise.
