How can I breakdown a data matrix of say 40000 x 901 to specific nodes and seeds?

I need to break a set of data down into Nodes and Seeds in x,y and z directions, representing different locations on an object.

Hi,
To represent different locations on an object in MATLAB using nodes and seeds in x, y, and z directions, you'll need to define a 3D grid of points. Each point on this grid can be considered a node, and seeds are specific nodes from which some process (like a simulation or an algorithm) can be initiated.
Here's a step-by-step approach to create nodes and select seeds:
- Define the Grid Dimensions: Determine the range and spacing for each dimension (x, y, and z) based on the size and resolution you want for the object.
- Create the Nodes: Use 'meshgrid' or 'ndgrid' to generate a grid of points (nodes) in the 3D space.
- Select Seeds: Choose specific nodes to act as seeds. This could be done randomly, based on certain criteria, or by specifying exact positions.
I hope this resolves your issue.
