Im a student of bscs 7th semester my fyp is early detection system of diabetic retinopathy using eye images by using matlab/ python programming.Im stuck in to this project i can't understand from where i can take start.if someone have this project idea or some helping material or who wanna to guide me about my ptojrct please help im in trouble
