histograms on matlab r2013b

Hello,

I am trying to figure out the histogram function of matlab r2013b.

When I type in the examples from the documentation on 'HISTOGRAM', the error 'UNDEFINED FUNCTION HISTOGRAM FOR INPUT ARGUMENTS OF TYPE DOUBLE' appear.

When I type the older one 'hist(x)', of course with x, matlab processes the information, but does not return any graph at all.

Ok I found 'hist(x)' output already. It was hidden.

But histogram(x) does not work.
