How to create GUI for Transmitting and receiving image using MATLAB

I am doing some VLC project. And I need to create GUI for the project. I need to transmit Image and receive image within the GUI.

How can I create it and I used Arduino mega board. how to link mega board with Matlab.

You can use AppDesigner to create GUIs.

As for you Arduino question, that is a seperate problem, with which I have no experience. I suggest you have a read here and here to answer your own questions or find advice on how to ask a question.
