Interact with dynamically created components

Upon clicking a button I created dynamically a set of tabs using a for loop in my app and made some plots and tables (with the same loop) on these tabs. I also managed to add a context menu and a menu to the uiaxes. I would like to add a callback to this menu but I am having a hard time figuring out how to do this.

The callback will be to get the value new click points from the individual plots on each tab as i use datacursormode and put the new values in their respective tables.

How would I go about this? Any pointers will be a huge lifesaver
