Need help linking licence to matlab courses

I have a matlab home license and i am trying to access the matlab fundamental course using the link license option but there is absolutely no response it just says its linked but then there is no progress to any sort of registration or anything....what should i do? Am I doing something wrong?

One could do so by typing ‘license’ at the MATLAB command window to get your license number. You can also obtain your license number from your license file.
