extracting image from avi video?

I've just used the following demo but I faced this error ("The file requires the following codec(s) to be installed on your system:GMP4"):

I installed GMP4 codec but I have the same error!!! does any one know how can I solve this error?

Can you play the video in some other program, such as Windows Media Player? If not, it's not a MATLAB issue.
