Synchronize Video with Signals

Hello,

I currently have video recordings at 30 frames per second and four biophysiologic signals being acquired at 100 samples per second. Specifically, these were simultaneously acquired via LabChart with use of Video Capture add on feature. It seems like there are multiple solutions for how to best synchronize all signals in MATLAB, but I am wondering if anyone has specific advice on cleanest approach.

Also, I am wondering if time stamping or placing a trigger at points of interest in LabChart now based on the video frame will pose a problem when converted via MATLAB or if it will recognize the modification needed with a specific code/or app in MATLAB. I have just ventured to MATLAB for a better solution than other systems have available.
