How to Maintain Voltage within a certain range?

How do I use the OLTC regulating transformer to maintain voltage within a certain limit such as to maintain voltage within 220V-230V and then if the voltages measured go above or below that range then the OLTC transformer will move it back to that range. If the OLTC cannot be used to serve this purpose can any other crcuit or block in MATLAB be recommended.

The tap changing transformers can be used for this, but you have to provide the appropriate control algorithm. These examples have control algorithms that you could modify for your own task:
